How to i560v?

I'm from spain, so, i'm sorry for my bad English.
I tried to unlock my Samsung i560v but with no results.
The MC programm tell's me i can unlock the phone via USB wires, but i get everytime a error searching a wired COM conection.
Error: Open COM Port.Already used?. > Diagnostic
I get this error why i don't have a COM conection allready make from phone to PC.

How i can get a COM acces on this phone?
I must press a buttons before i turn on the phone? like * and #?

Or maybee i must use a COM wire for this phone?
I'ts possyble i can tell us my IMEI number and i can get the unlook code from us?

Note: i changet my firmware, so i get a different imei.

I have research any options and i get the conclusions that the KKMC takes forever for searching any device.
I supose that's hangs on this procedures (in the autodetect option) but after 5 min it response.
I select 2 diferent options for conecting the samsung. But no connection...
(in this case i must use diferents drives, the driver on us website are no compatible for my phone)

I read this on KKMC:
- For reading unlock codes and others functions only USB cable is required(Not UMEDIC)

My moiles an Umedic, so i need a COM/serial?

hi

sorry but there is bug with cable information that phone working only with COM cable. We had some UMEDIC models what works on USB and that's why we thing that all will works, but we mistaked.
use COM cable please

And exist any reference for this wire for searching on the internet?
