View Full Version : Important information for all Infinity-Box users regarding e-mail support

Dear Friends !

Every day Infinity-Box programmers and supporters try to improve Infinity-Box service and support.
During last days we can see that more and more people (who DO NOT have Infinity-Box) try to use our product supporters as a free teachers due to our support persons is very friendly and always ready to help.
But as a result of this kind of "smart" activity of persons who is NOT an Infinity-Box users we lost a lot of time and we have a delay with replies to e-mails of registered users.

To avoid this kind of situation we want to ask you to follow two easy rules when you write e-mail to Infinity-Box support person and ask help via e-mail:

1. send an e-mail from the same e-mail address that was entered by you during Infinity-Box registration process
2. always include your Infinity-Box S/N in your e-mail

Both 1. and 2. is required due to only this way we can verify that you are really Infinity-Box user.

It is NO need to include your Infinity-Box S/N in your mail if you send to us any kind of backup flash files that should be converted and uploaded in support area (due to we can see that you are really Infinity-Box users if you send to us flash file).

We hope that this our request will be not so big problem for our dear Infinity-Box users.

can we send infinity serial only in case we don't remember email or due to any reason email is different from registration...or any way to retrieve email id from serial no.

It is very good question !
Please, give me an answers for the next questions:
1. how it was happened that somebody do not remember his own e-mail address ?
2. what was the reason for somebody to enter wrong/invalid/false e-mail address during box registration ?


Here is an information for everybody:
Do you remember how many times we have asked all users do not post their box S/N in forum ?
We have asked this many many times, but every day people post their full dongle S/N in forum.
As a result of this strange activity it is possible to find a lot of S/N's in forum.
Now my question: how to understand is S/N that was sent to us by e-mail is a really an S/N of actual Infinity-Box user but not S/N that was found somewhere ?

...or any way to retrieve email id from serial no.
user name, e-mail, S/N is exist in database so we can validate user by
1. name + e-mail
2. name + S/N
3. e-mail + S/N

Sir i hav a question tht when i purchase Infinity box...

and who gave me the box..n dongle he says that

the dongle is activated u don't need to activate it..

so how i know the e-mail that used for registration and ...

i also i don't know who is the delear ..

so in this situation what i do...

Please, contact to InfinityRemoteUpdate@yahoo.co.uk and explain situation.
Include in your e-mail full dongle details (that was readed with DongleManager) and we will make required changes in database so you will have full control about your dongle in future.

many people i think have more than 1 email address..sometimes we forget which email we registered..i think u can add email address in dongle manager for section read dongle parameter..it's just my idea sir..thx in advance:)

To be honest I am sure that your explanation is not so correct.
If you serious man you must have a special peace of paper (or very big brain) and write down there your e-mail, username, password and your bank account and credit card number (to avoid possible problems in future).

If you really serious man and if you had that information saved but you lost it you can contact to supporter to solve this problem.

What do you think about my idea ?

sir i purchased infinity a long time ago and i got the dongle activated by my reseller so i don't know by which e-mail id it was registered

i send the full read info by dongle manager to InfinityRemoteUpdate@yahoo.co.uk

to make necessary change and to include my email id in registration

thanks for such a brilliant support

only infinity can do

I think Infinity is So Good Than Furious Gold.
Then why infinity team is late for this Update.
Please Solve This Problem Immediately.

i wanna to say some thing
if u can help us about it
some small pro that can read dongle serial number and can attach e-mail and we can explain the problem
after that the dongle send it to speacial zone that u creat it for check
and after the problem solve we can check it from the pro again
i think it will be better

Hello,

You can read full dongle information with Infinity-Box DongleManager and you can simply copy/paste text with dongle information from DongleManager to your e-mail client (no need to make any screenshot, just press Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V).
