I tried ffs complete mode and whole flash chip - but it didn't help me - phone is rebooting with simcard.

It is cleare now! It was CPU2. I found pinout for CPU1 and did format. Now all is ok!

Yes, if you have a dual sim phone and you see MT6205 CPU it is CPU-2 (slave) for sure.
