FASHION 800 no ring sound

FASHION 800 having A8_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.A956B_DY01_01_2_0T14_0804 11.BIN]_20090112-121731.B0M.bin software.
problem is no ring sound , i format mobile ring sound working good off day after same problem . agin i format no use , i tried to flash same new file , but this is new firmware , any solution please....
