Hi guys,
what is actually DONGLE?
what is it using for, I mean do the dongle protect some software and why?
If i also meke that Maxim Dongle (I already have the schematic) how to use it, just connect that db25 male connector to a PC and that is it?

i thing now we not need dongle again because kSie, c45 new-id, x45 map and other software can unlock all siemens & repair wrong software & support C45 BA20. so what for your dongle ????

No this is dongle don't work with s40

Kulibin.....dongle work with all x3x and x4x series......ALL....including s40.....just use logger 4.03 and then u can unlock ba20 types also........

Anyone Knows That Problem?, My Dongle Is Ok, But everytime i use the program 4 Maxim Dongle, the ID always 5555 or not detected sometimes, bios setting is ok,is there any way to solve da problemo,am i change the component or,pls gimme ur opinion or suggestion,THX :(
