i have a phone with a new version KI52L860 with flash type Micron 2MB. anyone know about this?

this people use Henrich SGU Software 1.7 to.... 2.1 version.
program worked 100 %, but for new Thompson flash chip - in screen Micron 2 Mb.
Reading flash 0 No problem, writing - STOP.
program don't have loader for this NEW flash chip.
what ID (real) this new flash chip ?
or may be who have loader (tested 100%) ?

That flash has 4 M and another bootloaders in the prog. But is not free.
say only ID flash chip.

still not results. after "unlock" with this soft adress 090000-0a0000 was earased. the phone is death.

I have 512 M service thomson chip same version.
same pb read & write flash pb with henrish 1.7 (adress xxxx corrupt several times when read flash or writing) & other like wray (time out)...
When i erased flash and i try to write flash to phone, phone don't answer to program.... error... other program read chip et size of flash and it different from prog to another...
Phone is dead. with other phone i mean thomson chip it read flash id chip manufacturer et that's all :)

With Henrich 1.8 soft I can read infos from 512 KI52L:
Send boot ... OK
Flash ID: 20A0 - 4MB Thomson

I can read flash too, but if I write flash will it be good?
Yesterday I test Wray's soft to read and write flash, but after modifying flash for unlock and write it back to phone the phone restarts, and freeze. When I write the backup to the phone the problem was the same.
Any solutions???

52L and 52P resides in 2 flashes: Thomson and Micron.
Normal softwares makes only Thomson(if is old one:))
My software makes ALL versions even 52P, 12B with Thomson(old and new) and MICRON.

Hi!
I had just now unlocked Alcatel 512 KI52L!!!
I had used Henrich 1.8 to read and to write flash
and edit flash at this addresses:
Comparing files BF4_10R_KI52L_SI520060_OI520C60.bin and unl.bin
00091ECC: FF 00
00091ECD: B5 20
00091ECE: 8D F7
00091ECF: B0 46
00092D70: 02 01
00092D71: 28 20
When start writing the flash the soft ask:" Not valid CRCs, calculate correct CRC" or similar to this, I click on "YES" - and everything is OK!!! PHONE IS UNLOCKED!!!
