U900 SOUL Unlocking Problem

I'm trying to unlock an U900, but I can't detect the com port. Everytime I try to detect the com port from setting I get an error message and buttons Detect and Accept are no more clickable.
In device manager I can see the Qualcomm diagnostic interface 3197 required.

When pressed "detect" this is what I get:
Access violation at address 00404AF0 in module "KK_MClient.exe". Read of address 409DFA00.

What should I do?

Tryed on another computer and worked!
