Yes I tested and it went through the motions, imei, etc and that was it

The Unlocker works, but only with Dongle!!!
I have not tested it personally but based on some reports, it may just be one of the many fakes circulating just to destroy the business of others... just my personal opinion.

its the software for the dongle and like dct-4 i suppose it wont work without the hex inside the dongle

I`ve tested.
works with V3.12 and F-Bus-cable
On my PC. it shows DONGLE ID: 0063E43C Without any dongle, of course. So, i presume, it's cracked somehow.
@Winner are you sure it's working. I have one 7650 to unlock . . .
On my PC, it shows DONGLE ID: 0000001

Yes! The unlocker workjing with dongle! Tested on many phones...
The software run without dongle, but if you want unlock the phone, must be buy dongle.
Yes...Of course this soft need dongle and WORKS 100% WITH DONGLE and 10% (only read info) WITHOUT DONGLE
And what kind of dongle it needs?
Is it griffin, normal (ed2k),...???

when i connected ed2k dongle the id changed.
could not test it however .. dont have a locked 7650 in hand.
if anyone can specify what dongle is needed it would be better.

Yes please can somebody especify wich dongle to use,because i have dct-4 flasher with WINDCT-4 2.0 and i have the cable for this dongle for 7650 can i use it of i need f-m-bus

1. on LPT with chiper box and via fbus in box
2. on LPT with chiper box and via fbus in serial interface

I think it will be Dongle on lpt port
Fbus cable on COM port to unlock 7650 is the setup needed..

i`ve tested with LP 2002 Resourse-box and works but only with V3.12
All other still locked.
