Logger trouble

First of all MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!!

I´m having trouble with siemens loggers, they don´t connect with phone. Before I did manage to get it to work but after a HDD format it´s a NO GO! Just can´t get it to work :( With logger from Bontek (I ThinK?) *.ldb/*.lc logs it works fine.
Can someone calculate 3 logs for me made with bontek´s (?) logger?
