flash file ok but insert sim say sim lock help me

sir,use the commzero 2.703 ver,setting cpu is Infineon,decrypt file,open the read phone flash file,and open the download flash file,after.click the start.now ,flash the decrypt flie to have Sim lock phone,all is ok
