can´t unlock some v3690

hi ,,
i have a emmi box i can unlock some of v3690 and some not cable, box is ok because i can´t connet to box and that is the probleme .. what can i do , what is the probleme who can tell me`?

I had the same problem sometimes, however the solution is that u have to b very quick when pressing R L U. it worked for me(fast key strokes!!!)

hi ...ok farry but the phone does not connect 2 the box ... u now what i mean the orange led must on than is the phone connect.
