Need full repair B1_xx_xx flash for V3688!Can't find it...

Hi!
My friend kill V3688.
Phone now in flash-mode, but when I try to upload flash (I use PEMaster) - "MS not Respond".

When I try to upload B1_06_41.hex - Phone starts flashing, but I don't want to do it, because eeprom zone erased and this flash not full...

If anybody have it, please, mail me to unlocker@ua.fm..
