Do not mess Thosiba products with mot phones

My Thosiba laptop just gived up becouse I droped some votka on it. So I had to switch to my old compaq. From my experience I recomand you if you want to do some bussines in Motorola phones dont buy Thosiba or Sony. Instead try Compaq or IBM if you have money.

all notebooks have some problems in comunicating either on serials or parallels(LPT).i have IBM thinkpad 600 and a thinkpad 570 none of these wored with dejan soft.but
the 570 worked with nu 2000 but still have some bugs on some flash id's like 001f....

may be problems are due to low voltage output on ports

Laptops always has problems with comm ports. If is serial port then problem is generaly simple. Just check if is activated in BIOS and if is no other device which take over some serial port resource (as IR - common case of compaq), or a programm in DOS/Windows environment which controls serial. In case of parallel the problem becomes more complicated. There are several implementation of parallel port. Toshiba missmatched here. If you cannot find in HW Setup EPP mode than that laptop will never work for example with RoEmmi. The problem derives from voltages and/or current driving (the device connected to LPT must be able to drive about 200 mAmps). Also using Win2000 or NT will stop usual serial/parallel implementaion (access rights, etc.)

I have a compaq armada 366 but the dejan doesnt work on it!!(i have tried different settings but nothing!!) i am therefore using a pc.

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro 4600 laptop and the only thing that I can confirm is that all unlock software is working for me. And when I say all, I mean ALL. Softs from Alcatel to Sony as well as Dejan flasher & language uploader, emmi & full emmi box. Even Alcatel erasers...

So, if you want a relieable laptop, buy the one that I have :)

All unlock soft works fine in my Toshiba Satellite 2550 CDT, even Alcatel soft it´s working ONLY in my Toshiba laptop.

ive a toshiba tecra 8100 and dejan works fine, problem with siemens mobiles like JIC unlocker when you want to unlock siemens lower cpu speed and everything works fine!!
Emmi box won't work on my toshiba.
