cant login with dreambox

i recently suffered a pc crash.so im using another one now.problem is i cant login with my dreambox.i ve dreambox with serial ****.also cant find active x tab at bootloader.com.urgent help needed plzzz

Did u promoted active x control from Tools > internet option > custom Level?
