3rd Time Question no answer yet

I have emmi box for motorola when Im flashing v50 phone with the flash F0_13_09-cp-lp-09.hex three phones have been successfully and fully working ok but the last one seems to be working but when you insert the sim card in the phone It gave me the message

PHONE FAILD SEE SUPPLIER

and the other three is working fine till now
so my question

1 - why the other phones worked and this one no note that they have the same flash at the beginning the four phones are twins

2 - what I can do to make the phone work again

3 - could you please help me get the phone work


NOTE:
the falsh I used is one for all phones but one of them didn't work and I work the same way note that I deal with motorola since more than one year an this is the first time I've encountered this problem and the flash I use is 100% working one

so my question here
is how to repair the damaged phone

at first i just wanted to make sure that the phone version is the same like the others then u have to make sure that the phone is 100% hardware fine and then if thoses r fine try to flash it a gain if its not working contact via my e-mail i'll help you ;)

Thank you sir the phone has no problem hardware and the falsh is wroking 100% and I've tried to flash the phone several times in vain
so I'll use all help tat you can provide

Hi, when 3 phones succesfull flashed, then that 4 phone must be before too phone failed ..., u only not checked it before, now u need only flex phone and all will be fine.

insert in any V50 flex this:
@ seem 1:1 byte 00-03 = 01 02 00 01

all other seems u can erase, if phone unlocked u can write flex to phone and try.
