I think you need to flash phone with firmware without Digitel customization.

mr plz check this file http://rapidshare.com/files/185792948/UTstarcom-GPRS779.rar.html, is 779 who hang in logo when i did unlock , i tried restore eeprom and still same hanging , with flash in support is dead now.
