1 vibra after power (after test point)

i have 2 phone (w580 and s500) these phone was red blink.
i use test point and repair gdfs for these phone but when i press power phone have 1 vibra and not power on
i write gdfs and flash but not work

check ,socket,connector lcd, not turn on without good lcd

i change flat cable and lcd but not work .do you think this prpblem is software?
this phone can`t power on . becuse keypad led not work and when press power switch after power on phone can`t be power off

Taht is hardware issue problem no software cheching flash &power ic
