2GB Kingston MMC Mobile Problem ~_~

I...need help from @all member of GSMHosting if there is an idea how to fix this problem o.k, if this thread is in wrong position in this forum feel free to make it right ~_~

Problem :-

I got 2GB Kingston MMC Mobile Dual Voltage Memory Card so after an error occured in my N70 I format it using my phone but new problem arise when it space drop from 2Gb to 1GB only, so I need to fix this thing some how
I've already use Low Level Format, Windows Enabler, Computer Format and now I try S7 but still no luck so is anyone know how to fix this problem ???
