Hello!
Check your testpoint cable and try to change TP sensitivity.

in that case u might be connecting to a wrong tp bro... plz post the log here and also never forget to mention that what fone u r trying to unlok????? i faced same problem also for sm times but i was connectiong the prob to a wrong tp in that case, it was a w200i...
atter making proper tp the fone unloked successfully..
so plz mention full infi here with the log and the model number of the fone...
