i think simplest way to find out is to try unlock with QFG
if not working, sure is new version:) and u must use pack5

Not have trick to know this.
Must try first. If cant unlock phone is new securitry.

exactly like i said, no trick
There is no possible trick as firmware version do not provide this information. I hear that it's about bootloader but I think this guy mixed with Moto phones
