Huawei u120e - did sim unlock reset phone lock code?

Hi.
I've got a Huawei u120e ( Plusfon).
I need to unlock that phone ( simlock ). I also need factory reset all phone, or only security lock code, becouse I dont know the code.
Did unlock operation put simlock off and reset user code on one time ?

What should I do ?
1.Unlock, or Read codes, ( will cost 10 logs)?
2.Unlock, or Read codes + Read Phone lock ( will cost me 10 + 10 logs )?

just tick all three options
Unlock, or Read codes + Read Phone lock and press execute
Server take 10 KKMC credits not 10 + 10 logs
