you should be gratfull because today you can free switch between update packs if your account is outdated...hehe...they havent made a free update for months (box costs about 300eur) and if you decide that you dont need their support because there isnt anything new on it...you have to pay so you can switch between somethin you allready payed for...SO HOW YOU CANT LOVE THEM?!":p Beside of this ofcourse the most inovative team with great solutions but this switching account thing sucks realy ;)

Good day i buy the blackberry dongle at ipmart.com donloaw the program of maintenance in ,your) web page, but the page of alone record was showing the pack 1, 2 and 3 but I buy blackberry dongle. tool let's select 3 and let's donloaw the program blacberry tool and when I am going to use it says to me that I need an update, i want to begin to work with my dongle prompt possible , want that they me solve it them i cant use the dongle, please help me.

yes bro if you think about it many people updated there box to recieve free updates so bb and lg should have been free instead they are paid add on so we already paid for this also since i paid there has been no updates apart from bb and lg so it looks like all there time is spent on paid updates and not any other so we paid for nothing lol i think the lg updates are reasonable but there are many other lg unlockers not with also the ability to do the same and newer fones than fg box i think they know this thATS why they sell packs for lg at 99 euro but becouse there insnt a complete bb they charge more for that pack i use the free bbunlocker and have unlocked loads of fone with it if itwas same price as lg i would by and think fg should be good to there existing loyal customers or at least give a better price i have been a customer for 2 years and maney more people longer than me we buy the box beacouse of credibilty quality support and price if polar box released bb i think it could become the market leader in this multiy unlocking field it would be a shame to see fg decline and beacouse they show there customer disloyaty they might loose them for ever only time will tell ifr polar is a good team and are around to stay and i suppose you can say that about fg tried and tested and still going strong :D

also beacouse only one team has the answer it means you are held to ransom for price competition lowers price ....
