Just tick the option "disable" at the Fast code read and check your version to download the sfi from the support site.;)

What you mean dont work ? Use code displaied after first part to unlock. If nothing shown im affraid thats no way.

Will be unlcoked if you checked Direct Unlock, else only code will eb shown in textbox and you must use to enter urself.

Well tell us. After SFI file was not found what did you do? I think there is a gap in this procedure.

SFI file not found then you put any SFI but you didn't checked the version and Platform so the procedure was done wrongly

Please tell us so we will be able to help you

I also have 2 digicell 8220 and I have tried both fast and slow method with no success.
With fast method I get: Unsupported simlock type ! Sorry but you must use slow method !
Time needed - 00:00:08

For slow method I have the required SFI file
8220-v4.6.0.155_P4.1.0.55.sfi. I try the read codes option, but the process finishes and no unlock code is display. If I try slow method with direct unlock option, the process gets stuck after first turn-on phone step with os error. I am using Blackberry Smart Tool v1.0.0.493.

Please advice.

well digicell its not mexican, and i thought furious team was aware of the 8220 digitel venezuela´s problem, posted a topic asking help like... a month ago, still no solution, BTW guys INDOSAT has the same problem just so you know.

digicell and cable & wireless in all the caribbean also have problems in slow or fast mode, i ask if furious wanted me to send them the file or maybe the phones and no one replied

I amtrying to unlock blackberry storm locked to telus. I get error that says use slow method..I have reading somthing in forums that says download sfi. Can someone post download link for sfi. Why doesn't furious give us this informtion? Its a ridiculous cat and mouse game. How about 1 website where we get all info and downloads? I need SFI for Telus Storm. Can someone help?

There is no Fast code read in BB smart tool ver 1.0.0.493, how do i solve this problem
