That is not a hardware problem 999988887777666554443210000%.
What soft are you using?
Use sagem doc here: http://www-student.informatik.uni-bonn.de/~rohde/Sagem/sgmdoc14c.zip
First find out PhoneID with some field that you are shure that it is not damaged. I hope you know that. Second one is to fix checksums. Repair fields 251,252,253 with standart lock values if sagem doc ask for it.
May be you will need to rewrite whole eeprom with working one and then fix checksums, but that is not cable solution. You will need eeprom programmer and probably desolder the eeprom ic (24c64).
Contact me if you will have problems.
My contact details in "Profile button on forum".
I prefer ICQ.

PS: Sagems that I've had were damaged by the soft inside. The whole thing is about thin boards. I saw phones with erased eeproms!!!

The problems with these phones are about it's boards.
If you have a phone with demaged or erased eeprom thats not mean that phone was unlocked incorectly!
First reheat CPU and Flash, RAM also can be the reason. Eeprom is ereased not because security reason, it is eresed because software hang.
I assume that everyone on this forum saw sagmes that just start, then write Sagem or show world map on the lcd, then lcd becomes blank and after that lights are on and phone hangs and is not responding to keys.

Those "great phones" realy can erase some of their fields just becouse bad or dirty hardware. But, in case like that, phones (99% of them) looses IMEI fields - field 0. You probably have phones with protected fields 251, 252, and so one. You can try to downgroade those units, using telech flasher and flash file with hash table 10 - so you'll be able to read/write needed fields. For extracting phone ID-s you need SAGEM loader pro. It's safest and fastest way to get real phone ID. After that (downgroading and finding ID) you can reapir your phones easy, using SAGEMDR and protected fields . . .

thnx legija, i think you got the problem right. the imei fields i.e. field zero was lost. so replaced them correctly. i haven't ever downgraded any phone. i got the phones id but i dont have tec flasher and flash file with hash table 10. please send me these files i'll be thankful to you.
