I'm using Alcatel OT-Exxx Easy Unlocker/Flasher v1.21
I only get this;
Sending application...
ERROR - Bad answer from phone!
I'm using E207 cable. Any advice please?

Hi phoneexpo.
There are some E227 version...like E227A that are unlockable with any tool.
Many people have problem with this version..all boxes affected

Also.. check to make sure that battery is full and connections are clean

Thank you. I was able to unlock the phone, but now the phone will not come on, I just get 3 lights on the top phone cover...

maybe phone have hardware problem, or also check battery etc.

The battery seems to be fine. And phone was working fine before I unlocked it. I think I will try flash it, can you recommend what to use to flash it and where to get flash files?

I will try, but this phone is not for sale in my country :D So if anyone has one please back-up the flash files for me... :)

Thanks, I got the phone working again last week. I flashed it using Infinity Box, all is well now. :)
