error unlocking c700a

hi, I read that I can unlock with 1.33 sw ver. but I cant when I connect I recived this message, see the log

Please realice that this problem you´re getting is just a communication problem between your phone and your PC, check phone connector pins, check cable, check ports... there´d be the problem nothing else.
