when i want connect to server support for download flash file into boot-loader site it view this error: unknow response from server.
i try another windows but it have same problem plz help

Please contact info[at]boot-loader.com, provide your username and operation log from DBSS -> DreamBox -> Read Box Info.

Please, disable your firewall/antivirus during update process, and check your Internet Explorer proxy settings.
