I`m waiting for 3 weeks now for this problem beeing fixed.

I use normal USB-Cable and KU331-Cable... but nothing works. When can we expect a solution?

Is a bad comunication, you must try other port, dont use hub....

we cannot solve your computer/cable/mobile problems... we´re not magic...
check what can be wrong in your local equipment in this case and try to fix it.
Because communications problems is derivated from PC, Phone, cable and Ports.
