With what kind of software may be to write backup?

Sorry for the bad composition.
So.
On me hand died one C551 alcatel meanwhile unlock.
I found it in the folders backup file:
C:\Program Files\Easy-Unlocker\BACKUP
C551X-3BTBHU1 (IMEI 356071000423104) [KY35A800].270109_17-24-45.TehZoneBackup

The question:
With what kind of software may be to write this techzone backup file?

Alcatel ELLE C551 C552 C652 C750 Easy Unlocker.exe content only Read flash(create full backup) and write flash(restore full backup)
Full backup file I did not save unfortunately :(
