motorola v 50 unlocking

V50 motorola unlocking
Hi pipl.
So,i try to unlock motorola v 50 14 vershon.
Problem is then i give 3.5V to test point phone cant power on.
What the problem?
Pleas help me,if you know any solition to unlock motorola.

Maby CPU or Flash chip is dead :( it posible then use test point. First try chenge Flash if not help just put yor phone to tresh... :(
