is it the same imei on back panel of phone or its different.did u try repair eeprom.

when i repair imei current imei start 01142.......
but i write backup imei write ok but no servise manual search no network avaibale

try other firmware from support

Try to use full flash image from support (\flashfiles\LG\KP130\full_flash), this must helps for sure.
If still no luck you need to check phone hardware.

maybe its a band in my country be a 1900 mhz how to check band? or how to change to 1900 mhz, or that model not support 1900 band?

when u try to flash or not if flash your phone is alive or dead if alive its hard ware problem
