i have here ZTC zt168..no power ..try format at infinity but still no power...

i already back up the flash file..but i dont know how to upload it in you site to check if it still a working flash file...

Please, NEVER send to us flash files from damaged phones !
We can not repair files from damaged phones !

If your phone can not power-on you must check phone hardware first, probably you need to flash phone with similar firmware from support area.

ok thanks ...ive seen 5 kinds of flash file in your supoort site but the phone model is n38,zt8118 and zt 321...

worth to try all 5 firmwares as long as firmware name is match to your phone.
do not ignore files with different phone models at the end.
in most cases they will work
