We don't have the flash files yet, we also don't have the phone. But if you can find the flash files, install and test whether griffin will flash it whithout the need for update.

as a developer you schould buy always the latest phones
Considering the screw up of Neelix 2, I don't think you are the one to teach people how to develop.
3650 unlocking tested @ grifin1.91, flashing not yet
