v50 freez problem

hi guys
i have v50. turn on my phone, enter to menu and enter other menu (message, phone setup and other). function work very slow and restart and restart. how resolve my problem. may be reflash or change some flash chip? please help

i have same problem ! and i was resolve that !
Problem in Flash chip . Try change new flash chip ( progammed with flash bin V 3688+ ) after that unlock and change IMEI by Emi Box
