how find copy nokia pinout

now，any copy nokia china moblie in the World,some time,the box can find pinout after and it can flash,but if the box can find the pinout,how can i do?
i can connect the cable to RX\TX\VCC\GND,after,flash,read,repair.(first time,i need know which pin is rx,which pin is TX....)
so if i don't know how about the pinout,how can i do?
the flash pinout no in the phone USB Interface,is same and nokia,in mobile PCB.
use the 26 PIN to RJ 45 cable.
