hi all i got a dead blackberry 8700G,its a really big problem for me,i am trying to flash it back alive but i dont really know how exactly to do it and which is the write flash i need to put in it, since its dead i cant go and see which version the software has

WEll download any flash file from BB website and then use APPLOADER to work with your blackberry. Try with or without battery to connect. Any of those two ways may work
