dead after "foramt FFS complete"?
try to restore eeprom backup which was created automaticly.
load it as eeprom and write to phone.
after phone return to initial condition try format FFS safe

unfortunately, no such flash file in our collection.
try to find same working phone and read out full flash
use it for restoring your dead phone
always make auto back up before make formatting
