S55 cable on a C55

As I've recently bought a S55 phone, I've also received, with it, the serial cable. May I use it to unlock java on my girlfriend's phone ? Anyone tried it yet ?

I think you could do it.
I didn't tried to unlock java in the c55 because it was already unlocked, but i could be able to upload any type of applications with the S55 cable to the C55.
