infinity team please help with A968 firmware

i got a A968 chinese phone it has problem tv chanels r not working and it was brand new phone but try with tv option (there is area selection) and select other areas but still no luck but i checked the another A968 phone option and i found in area selection i found in the list there is india and tv working properly in my case i couldnt find india in my phones area list i made a backup and try with other firmware phone become dead when i write backup phone became alive and i think it was a latest firmware so if i send flash file to infinity support can help me ? i have 20 phones and same case with tv chanels and same firm ware all phones r brand new
