Blacklisted? Any Solutions?

Well, i have a Samsung Pixon (M8800)

We got it unlocked from the shop for like 20pounds...

Then 1week later the phone got blacklisted?

Is there any way at all of getting this phone un-blacklisted..Because now this phone is basicly useless for texting-phoneing purposes..
