Need Full flash V50 BIN format for Pemaster

I have one piese of Motorola V50 with strange problem: not flashing with any program, except Pemaster.

But after flashing with Pemaster CP+LP - CRC Checksumm Error

I need Full Flash V50 for pemaster BIN or HEX format.
My flashes, not prepared - Bad ARM signature.

Any solution? Maybe hardware problem?

ask one of your friends with a emmi 2d

if he can convert it for you

Problem still not solved.
I need real solution.

1. When i start flash with Motowin - Error 2505 (when sending flash to phone)
2. When full flash with Pemaster - Error write Checksumm (after flashing)

i Thing its HW problem (Flash chip).

Any solution PLEASE.

Or try to desolder it and flash with Labtool for example ...
