What is the meaning of Loading and the meaning of Loanding Part/Full?

CC-Monitor shows the proportion of interrupted and complete charges. But that values you wrote here are a little weird... I can't tell you the exact meaning of them...

I suggest you, use original Siemens Call Center Monitor (http://www.gsm-iq2000.com/siemens/cc-monitorV106.zip). It's much better, in my consideration.
