First of all I dont have nothing against your opinion, but pls
read once more what mr.Zulea wrote about the deal.
As I understand the deal was that mr. Ali sends ALL (once more time) ALL the money to mr.Zulea. Ask yourself if he did?
NO! he didnt. So, why should mr. Zulea do his part of the deal if the other party didnt complete his part?
And more.. how could you call him cheater when he stand out and generously offered to give all the money from mr.Ali to cheated ppl?? and not keep the money for himself?
And what would you do if we agreed to pay you for example 700eu for NEWEST Smart ERICSSON UNLOCKER/FLASHER and I would pay you only 350eu and demand from you to send me goods?? And if you would not sent me goods I would SCREAM all over this forum that mr.Kima cheated me like mr. Ali did 1/2 year ago.
Thats my huble opinion and

I can only say from my personal point of view. I would collect it and wait for the rest, you would probably 2.

Again form my point of view: When is the appropriate time to send back the money? 1 day,2 days, a week, a months?

Roumors started well before this deal has taken place. Searh the forum. And he was such a trusted person, why everybody like yourself didnt send him goods before payment (you dont need any money for buying then)

In september 2002, Mr. Kima sent me an email, which i can forward to all members, showing me some links which pointed to ali cheater and he told me be carefull with cheaters!!!

That because the money will never be returned to him, it will be returned to people cheated by GSMNL1.

Well..When somebody not answer to dosen of mails..When not answering to calles..
When I hide number and call..He pick up and when heard it is me he pres NO on phone...
When you wait for answer..Box's..or money..more than a month...Without succes...When you must replace bad Box's with new once..And pay them again...So that clients don't suffer..etc...
What you should think...???
And I agree there is way to fix this out...
But till now..Nothing from other side...

Come on man, as far as i know make deal with your brother is same as make with you, so you must answer for his acts in business, you both act like "company" so eachother must assume other's acts as own.
Or if Manole makes things without being accord with you then say here to avoid this missunderstundings in future, then say here "Making deals with Manole is at your own risk, he has nothing to be with me apart being my brother, his business are not my business, YOU'RE WARNED".
But i think both of you play the same business so try to repair that fault with kima in the better way. I hate seen names blamed by missunderstandings, so go for it, repair the fault.

I agree with this as long as we talk about the box that I bought from you via your reseller. Original box was excellent quality but... after original box stopped to work, I got a replacement box after 3-4 days... maybe I should send you that replacement box but I'm concerned about your heart when you see it, you might get an heartattack...
When I replace a box or whatever, to my customer, they get original product every time and not some third-hand made box that looks like the original product...
You should consider this man. I have nothing against you but, when such things happen, then I don't blame the reseller but the product maker because I also expect to get original product in replacement...

I wont to say that we ( mobile-solution ) have no problems with Manole or Zulea!!
When some box-es are not ok ( not working ) we send it back and become new boxes !!!
Making buissnes with this people is for us no risk at all, if you are ok to this people, thy are ok to you !!

we have not $2700 sended
we have 2780 euro sended and this is about $2850 us dollar
and in the last time he mail me and he tolk me many time that we can solution this problem and i was waiting !
but now we look that he will not solution this problem
i bliev here in short time all people will look that in markt is no more daniel henzulea
2003 year is importand year for him he will never forget it
do not bliev him best way is that he send you first producks and you pay after test because if you send first money you need to forget money or packet you will never get back
