I bought an RE7500, and it is a fine system (though I'll have to go through the learning curve to use it properly).

But I had one technical question (thermocouple, which others have asked before me), which I sent to Jovy. They declined to answer, but forwarded the question to their distributor in North America, who sent me an impolite note saying that he refused to answer because I hadn't bought it from him. (Actually, I don't think he knows the answer.)

So Jovy won't answer a question because they have a North American distributor, and he won't answer because he didn't make the sale. That leaves me with a support problem. Have others had that problem?

I'm surprised by Jovy, since I had thought they had a good reputation.

Hi,

Usually they are very helpful. shall give you an email address in your private message that you can try. You should get a reply within a day or 2. Do remember to mention ur machine details: serial no, date of purchase, seller.
