sorry for my poor english,to everbody doing busnesss through
internat,i am the buyer for software,used pcb almost a year through the net,i find out too many bad guys here(sorry for those
good guy),myself is a social worker,i teaching those jobless young
man repairing mobilephone,tv,video with no salary so i need a lot
used pcb to training,of course after repair we will sell secondhand
handset to public so i try to get used stuff from the net.i get many
seller all around the wolrd,such as german ,spain.frecnd and everway.
initially,they respond every mail u send them right,after u send
then money,they look very very busy,sometime they even inoge
u,pls,i do not meant like to disturb,but pls try to understanding
,i the one paid money,u make me feel stubie,sometime they send after few months,they do not cheat u but is it fair.
this is one of them,i send he money,he never reply to me anymore,i hope he enjoy the money rather then occur a ancident,wish he all the best.
