Then probably drivers installed bad or phone set from menu not to use diagnostic. Go menu and do full factory restore and reset user data and willl work. Also retry pc.

Theres nothing to wait for. Check on phone settings connection mode, reinstall drivers. Issue is from ur phone or drivers.

insert accepted sim card or test card of motorola in seting in mode connexion use usb not bluetooth and ur probleme willbe solved;)

use test sim---phone is normal mode----menu settings---pc connection-usb-----------------same brother
