Any tomtom from the X10, X20, X30 or X40 range tomtom's will be good, preferable anyone from the X20 or onwards as more features will be available.

Or you could save save money and mod your One 3rd Edition to work with a microSD card. Check it out:

The catch is that One 3rd (Regional) Edition doesn't have a card slot, but it has already a built in interface for card support...so there's are 12 pins on the board of the device, where you have to solder an extension, for example a microSD adapter to use with a microSD card. If you know someone who has good soldering skills, it's no big deal. Also, if you intend to use a card bigger than 2GB, then you will have to upgrade the bootloader to Bootloader 5.5022...or to the latest version...but 5.5022 has been confirmed to be stable on One 3rd...although by mistake in my TT One i update to latest and it seems to be working. But at the beggining it's best to start with 5.5022, as once updatet you can't go back to a previous bootloader.
For the mod you'll need a microSD adapter (to fit in, it it's bigger then it won't fit), some thin cables or a flat cable (with 9 cables) and a soldering tool with thin tip, a magnifing glass and a firm hand. Notice that when you plugin the card the internal memory will not be available, so before you'll need to copy the contents of the internal memory to your computer and later to the card.
Good luck
