HI tO Infinity Team, Is ur server down?!!, cause i have tried to activate infinity box, but it has failed to communicate with ur servers, waiting to hear from YOU guys.

To Infinity-Box Team,

I just bougth a new infinity-box plus + infinity pinfinder, and was unabled to do the required firmware update. Firewall and antivirus were turned off, and the message from Dongle Manager was:

If the dongle servers were down, pls start them up again. Thanks

the servers I meant were the servers for upgrading infinity dongle firmware.

I checked again, all known firewall (include router's) and antiviruses (include windows defender) were turned off, and the upgrading still didn't work.

FYI, server 1/2 is : infinitybox.no-ip.info, which is not ping-able.
server 3: ibus.no-ip.org is ping-able, but still, doesn't respond to the dongle manager requests.

If you know anything else should be checked in my computer, pls do help.
