Strange and how to flash it.

I have to read and search many2x time about flashing 3610,many ppl say use rollis478b6 and choose 3330.
So i flash 3610 with PPM-MCU or With Full flash from anyone or flash from full backup of good 3610,but after flash it..3610 be dead,before i just want to change Language Only...
Anybody have experience or good solution for 3610??
Coz i have try it with 2pcs 3610 and i have to buy new 2pcs 3610 for change to my customer...bad...
Anybody have other solution without use Rollis478b6 or KnokST..?

Problem is solve now...
Use Knok 3610 - 2100 flasher.
Try it...
