read pages 7to11 for more help.
use latest dongle manager (http://www.infinity-box.biz/download/index-1.php?dir=&file=DongleManager.rar) for this purpose

Also InfinityUpdate_PinFinder_v1.17.rar uploaded in support area in /software/updates folder.

p.s u should have contact ur reseller first than contact infinity via email
